It is called “Social Painting” as the idea is that it is a relaxed, fun atmosphere for you to experience different methods in a well being atmosphere. All materials will be provided, including an apron, so just turn up and be creative. Beginners welcome and experienced artists as Donna will differentiate learning outcomes, with her teaching background

Each workshop will run from 7-8.30pm

Friday 15th May 7-9pm - Ink A Plant Pot

(I know that the painting ladies wanted to do this workshop, so if they can't make the above date, I have checked in the calendar and I'm free on Sat 11th April, or any Thursday in April and can do earlier time to suit them like 5-7).

Transform an ordinary ceramic plant pot into a stunning work of art using mesmerising alcohol inks! Watch as vibrant colours blend and flow to create unique abstract designs, perfect for brightening up your indoor jungle or as a special handmade gift. Perfect for beginners and ideal for a creative evening out.

No artistic experience needed, just bring your enthusiasm and watch the colours flow!

Important: Due to the nature of alcohol inks, this workshop is not suitable for pregnant women or those with respiratory conditions. Our studio is well-ventilated, and full safety guidance will be provided and waiver form required. Please wear clothes you don't mind getting colourful but aprons and gloves are provided.

Donna is a trained teacher and can guide you through your GCSE and A’ Level Art requirements. Bring along your own work and Donna will be there to assist and give you support. You can use Donna’s materials and tools. If you are not studying GCSE or A’ Level but still want to come along, Donna can discuss projects for you to complete with step by step instructions. Your teen/ young adult will be with like minded creative students and this is a great way to meet new friends and skill share.

Donna is launching a new concept for 2026 where you can build your own perfect mosaic workshop that is customised to suit your needs…

If you are a beginner, you will pick Donna to teach you how to cut mosaics. You can then pick your own template from a variety of designs that Donna has created and they are priced at different price points. Then you will have free reign to pick your own mosaics from a wide range of materials. Start a new creative obsession today…

New templates will be available, but booking is advised if you like a particular design.

Join mosaic artist Donna Reeves, in this brand new and exciting half a day mosaic course.

You will be expertly lead by Donna and shown all there is to know about the art of mosaics, using the highest quality Italian glass and porcelain tiles. Donna has a degree in art, with a focus on mosaics and spent time learning the art of mosaics in Ravenna, Italy, coupled with her teaching degree and years of teaching experience, you will be looked after. All materials and tools will be provided, along with refreshments. The session starts from 1.30pm and finishes around 4.30pm. This is suitable for beginners and ages 12+ and you do not need an artistic background, but a willing to learn something new! You will be taught how to cut mosaics and can choose from a variety of projects. The size will be approx 20cm.

Terms & Conditions:

Mosaic workshop tickets are non refundable and cannot be transferred to another date. However, if you want to sell your tickets to your friends that is an option for you to consider.
